Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was generously sized, which is a big win for New York, and it was nice having kitchen facilities. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, and I found myself waiting longer than expected for assistance at times. The location was right next to major transport hubs and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, while it had its ups and downs, the value for the space and location was decent.
